Amlink Business Services Limited can undertake the formation of any Private UK Limited Company. The process is simple and cost effective. Complete the application form (which you can download by clicking on the link on the right, fax it to us and we do the rest.

Included in our fee of £95.00 plus VAT is:

• Certificate of incorporation.
• Registration of the Registered Office
• Registration of the first Director(s) and Company Secretary.
• 3 copies of the Articles of Association
• 3 copies of the Memorandum of Association
• 10 share certificates
• Stock transfer form.

REGISTERED OFFICE
£75.00 + VAT PER ANNUM

Amlink Business Services Limited can act as your Registered Office for an annual charge of £75.00 plus VAT per annum. All legal documents are delivered to our offices where we inspect them and advise you on the course of action required to fulfil their requirements. Documents can be faxed to you at no extra cost or can be posted on by first class post at a small extra charge.

COMPANY SECRETARY
£300.00 + VAT PER ANNUM

All UK Companies must have two officers. Amlink Business Services Ltd can act as your Company Secretary or as a Joint Company Secretary to ensure you are compliant with the Companies Act. We maintain the company register of members, officers and charges. Where submitted or requested to attend we keep the minutes of annual general meetings, extraordinary and special meetings held under the Companies Acts. We advise the company's officers on matters relating to the formation, officers, filing requirements and other legal matters, free of charge by telephone. We advise on other matters relating to the use of the Company name and the information required to be shown on Company documentation free of charge by telephone. We advise on employment contracts for directors and other employees free of charge by telephone. Where we are required to put our advice in writing we do so at a reduced rate. Where we undertake an additional services we do so at a reduced rate.

We also supply complete all your company's forms 288a, 288b, 288c, 287 and 225. Our all inclusive charge is £300.00 plus VAT per annum

NOMINEE SHAREHOLDER
£100.00 + VAT PER ANNUM

Amlink Business Services Limited can hold your shares on your behalf thus hiding the beneficial ownership of the Company. We provide a completed stock transfer form which is signed but undated to enable you to transfer ownership of the company's shares back to you at any time. This service is provided at a cost of £100.00 per annum.

ANNUAL RETURN AGENCY
£60.00 + VAT PER ANNUM

We will complete and file your Annual Return with Companies House. The fee includes payment of the annual fee payable when filing the return with Companies House.

VAT REGISTRATION
£60.00 + VAT

We will apply for and complete all the necessary forms for your company to be Registered for VAT with H M Customs and Excise.

PREPARATION OF DORMANT / NON TRADING ACCOUNTS - £60.00 + VAT

We will draft and file your annual accounts where the company has not traded and is legally dormant.
