E-mail Spam Filter

Spam E-mail is a constant and growing problem throughout the internet community. At Amlink we use a spam filter which checks each message to see whether it is considered to be spam or not. The spam filter is 99% accurate and stores the messages in a separate folder to your normal e-mail. This Spam folder can be accessed from our web-mail. This can be accessed on http://webmail.amlinked.com Spam will not be downloaded using an e-mail client such as Outlook or Outlook Express. Spam is kept on our systems for seven days and then automatically deleted.

In very rare cases an e-mail you are expecting may be classified as spam. It is therefore advisable to check the spam folder every few days for messages that you want using our web-mail.

Our spam filters are updated on a daily basis.

You can change whether and how spam filters are used by pressing the Settings button on the menu bar and then choosing Anti-Spam.
